K', Mister Lonely, you don't know me anymore
I bled for you, now bleed for me something more
I've got a fire inside, from all your bullshit and lies in all your efforts to break me
Look deep and on in my eyes, see the disgust in this voice
Will you remember, will you remember?

Don't hate me
When you're feeling alone
Don't hate me
'Cause I got something you don't
Don't hate me
You will remember
Don't hate me
When you freak out

I'll pull the plug and take you under
Cut you like no other
'Till my dying day
'Till the day I die

Baby, baby as I say
'Till I sense [alone?]
Someday, day, day, will come the day
You will remember
When you remember

Don't hate me
When you're feeling alone
Don't hate me
'Cause I got something you don't
Don't hate me
You will remember
Don't hate me
When you freak out

Don't hate me
When you're feeling alone
Don't hate me
'Cause I got something you don't

Don't hate me
You will remember
Don't hate me
When you freak out

Won't be long
'Till your world comes down in flames
You lead, I followed, then you tried to take it all away
Tried to take it all away

Tried to take it all away
Tried to take it all

Don't hate me
When you're feeling alone
Don't hate me
'Cause I got something you don't
Don't hate me
You will remember
Don't hate me
When you freak out

Don't hate me
When you're feeling alone
Don't hate me
'Cause I got something you don't, don't, don't, don't, don't
Don't hate me
You will remember
Don't hate me
When you freak out

Oh yeah
When you freak out, yeah
Freak out

Techno Ted
Audioslave
Techno Ted may be a person who caused Chris incredible emotional pain & trepidation as well as moments of peace & happiness but now is removed and awaiting his fate. Darling may be a different person who is also free of him and can live her life free of Ted's tyranny. "In between all the laughing, and daydreams ... lies: a desert of truth" Lies are like a desert or the omission of Truth: Where there were Lies then Truth was absent. The song, "Techno Ted", may be a cathartic celebration of the downfall of this person.

The Night We Met
Lord Huron
This is a hauntingly beautiful song about introspection, specifically about looking back at a relationship that started bad and ended so poorly, that the narrator wants to go back to the very beginning and tell himself to not even travel down that road. I believe that the relationship started poorly because of the lines: "Take me back to the night we met:When the night was full of terrors: And your eyes were filled with tears: When you had not touched me yet" So, the first night was not a great start, but the narrator pursued the relationship and eventually both overcame the rough start to fall in love with each other: "I had all and then most of you" Like many relationships that turn sour, it was not a quick decline, but a gradual one where the narrator and their partner fall out of love and gradually grow apart "Some and now none of you" Losing someone who was once everything in your world, who you could confide in, tell your secrets to, share all the most intimate parts of your life, to being strangers with that person is probably one of the most painful experiences a person can go through. So Painful, the narrator wants to go back in time and tell himself to not even pursue the relationship. This was the perfect song for "13 Reasons Why"
