    General CommentVery beautiful song - Sheryl Crow doesn't usually sing this high, and it sounds great. The dramatic pitch change between the lines

    General CommentI think the metaphore "wildflower" describes love in its purest form (therefore being "wild"). The song is about the consequences love can have on your life, e.g. love can suddenly turn your life upside down to the point where nothing else matters ("everything I know just fades away").
    Moreover, Sheryl Crow creates some beautiful pictures describing this relationship of love:
    "Here we are Burning faster than the cursed star" and
    "You will find me standing on the hill Waiting for you with my arms stretched open wide"
