One, two, three stop break
Count to three and if I don't see You
You're fake
I heard You care
Now don't dare
Show Yourself I'll believe
Show Yourself I'll still proceed
Show Yourself I'll believe
No I won't
I don't want to see You
My eyes see what's true
I don't want to feel You
But still I do
You say You are mine
I just want to leave this behind
I think You're nothing but an act
A good one
Don't You try
Whatever You do I'll deny
Why is it so convincing?
I don't lie why can't I just drop this
Get this out of my head
Count to three and if I don't see You
You're fake
I heard You care
Now don't dare
Show Yourself I'll believe
Show Yourself I'll still proceed
Show Yourself I'll believe
No I won't
My eyes see what's true
I don't want to feel You
But still I do
I just want to leave this behind
I think You're nothing but an act
A good one
Don't You try
Whatever You do I'll deny
Why is it so convincing?
Get this out of my head

This song is so awesome! I love the guitar. And Christian's voice is, as always, excellent. To me, this song is about denying God's existence when you feel Him. "Show Yourself I'll believe. No I won't." It's not really that he's open to believing or that he doesn't believe because there's not enough evidence. He's saying even if God came down and appeared to him, he still wouldn't believe. It's about him not wanting to see God and not wanting to feel God. This song makes me think about those guys that no one will mess with because they're such tough guys. and believing would make them weak. I don't know... to me I think believing takes a LOT more strength than not believing.
