Well, I need to be around you
And I need to see your eyes on me now
And I need to caress your face with mine
And I need to know that you care
Cause I bleed in pain when I'm without your soul
Cause I love you on a level so high
It's hard sometimes I know
I'm so me around you
We have to be together now
I'll miss you while I'm gone but here and now is where I belong.
Will you wait around for me?
Well, I hope so 'cause without each other we're wrong

I love this song, its about a love that has to have attention or it would just expire! He needs her NOW which the song is just self explanitory. He needs everything, right now. he cant wait for this girl because he wants her so much, loves her so much.

I agree too. And I love this song cuz it's exactly how I feel about someone I met at a summer job that lives about 100 miles from me now. Falling in love then having to be apart sucks ass! Nothing can describe the empty feeling you get when you know someone is out there that is perfect for you and they now they're perfect for you, but you can;'t have them. Then as time drags on the reality of it all sinks in. So horrible.

This one makes me think about the most important guy in my life. We were embracing eachother and then he said: you make me think of a song, he let me listen to it and I read the lyrics. I think the part: I'm so me around you describes love the best... knowing you can't live without your loved one

EmoNJE your story is exactly what I'm going through now. Except she's 3,000 miles from me. This song describes exactly what I'm feeling now.

to me this song has a much darker meaning. its about obcession and being so consumed with want and desire for someone, this guy is torn apart because the person he loves and worships has rejected him and wont accept she doesnt want him. its like he has created this love in his head and he is convinced the will come around and love him back...

    ...maybe, just an idea!

Standing On The Edge Of Summer
Thursday
In regards to the meaning of this song: Before a live performance on the EP Five Stories Falling, Geoff states “It’s about the last time I went to visit my grandmother in Columbus, and I saw that she was dying and it was the last time I was going to see her. It is about realizing how young you are, but how quickly you can go.” That’s the thing about Geoff and his sublime poetry, you think it’s about one thing, but really it’s about something entirely different. But the lyrics are still universal and omnipresent, ubiquitous, even. So relatable. That’s one thing I love about this band. I also love their live performances, raw energy and Geoff’s beautiful, imperfectly perfect vocals. His voice soothes my aching soul.

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Holiday
Bee Gees
@[Diderik:33655] "Your a holiday!" Was a popular term used in the 50s/60s to compliment someone on their all around. For example, not only are they beautiful, but they are fun and kind too ... just an all around "holiday". I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.

Blue
Ed Sheeran
“Blue” is a song about a love that is persisting in the discomfort of the person experiencing the emotion. Ed Sheeran reflects on love lost, and although he wishes his former partner find happiness, he cannot but admit his feelings are still very much there. He expresses the realization that he might never find another on this stringed instrumental by Aaron Dessner.
