One of the best songs on the album! I think it's a shot at Obama or someone in his administration. For instance the lyrics "Never wore a uniform, except for the Ballroom Blitz". Obama is the first president in recent memory that was never in the military, so this seems like it's pointed at him. The song also implies that he is immoral and unintelligent. Now he's being scrutinized for his actions, (Hell hounds are on your trail).

Furthermore Obama is probably the least "war mongerish" President the USA has had for many years, so to suggest this song is about him seems a little misguided.
