let them talk,
it aint my fault
let them stay
let them snitch
let them be
let them die
let them hate,
it aint my fault they at the bottom
let them stay
let them say
let them lie
let them snitch
let them be
let them die

haters gonna hate, they aint gonna quit
so where should I start?
when it breaks my heart
because I care for you all but not what you say
I know mistakes were made between us too
and baby lately people have been crazy
they say some things that aren't true

and I can't lie
I miss you
I miss you
and someday I know we'll meet again
and until then I will let you know
oh know
what can I say that you don't already know
what you don't want to know
well, I guess I'll have to show

I'm somebody you should know
I'm somewhere you should go
meet me in the studio
letting go
all I know, living how the song go
then I'm giving you my song so
when I'm leaving you but don't know when
I'll be back

now I'm back
I wish you scary shit
that make you run
make you hide
make you never wish you did that
did you get that?

yeah
get that!
yeah

the bitch who made shit you wish you made
made you calling me a bitch fool
I'm sorry to say you will make me rich

let them talk
let them hate
it aint my fault they at the bottom
let them stay
let them say
let them lie
let them snitch
let them be
let them die

haters gonna hate they aint gonna quit

NU FÅR DET VARA NOG MED DET HÄR JÄVLA TRAMSET

kill them!

let them die

KOM DÃ…!

    I'm about 98% sure that the sample that repeats "Kill them!" at the end of the song comes from the song A Cold Freezin' Night by The Books

Light Up The Sky
Van Halen
The song lyrics were written by the band Van Halen, as they were asked to write a song for the 1979 movie "Over the Edge" starring Matt Dillon. The movie (and the lyrics, although more obliquely) are about bored, rebellious youth with nothing better to do than get into trouble. If you see the movie, these lyrics will make more sense. It's a great movie if you grew up in the 70s/80s you'll definitely remember some of these characters from your own life. Fun fact, after writing the song, Van Halen decided not to let the movie use it.

Fast Car
Tracy Chapman
"Fast car" is kind of a continuation of Bruce Springsteen's "Born to Run." It has all the clawing your way to a better life, but in this case the protagonist never makes it with her love; in fact she is dragged back down by him. There is still an amazing amount of hope and will in the lyrics; and the lyrics themselve rank and easy five. If only music was stronger it would be one of those great radio songs that you hear once a week 20 years after it was released. The imagery is almost tear-jerking ("City lights lay out before us", "Speeds so fast felt like I was drunk"), and the idea of starting from nothing and just driving and working and denigrating yourself for a chance at being just above poverty, then losing in the end is just painful and inspiring at the same time.
