Danger up ahead
Just ignore the warning signs instead
Toughen up and break the rules that hold you down.

Smash the glass. Shoot straight.
Don't look back, we wear the mask of fate
Just live your life loud and proud.
Don't back down.

Live the life. Take the risk.
We'll never die, in the afterworld
In the end, start again.
We'll stay alive, in the afterworld

Live the life. Take the risk.
There's no goodbyes in the afterword
In the end, start again.
We never die in the afterworld

Die.
When we wanna, you know were gonna. Die.
When we wanna, you know we got to. Die.
When we wanna, you know we will
Die. Die.

Wreck yourself for fun
Turn the safety off the fucking gun
Get off your ass.
Today starts now.

Live the life. Take the risk.
We'll never die, in the afterworld
In the end, start again.
We'll stay alive, in the afterworld

Live the life. Take the risk.
There's no goodbyes in the afterword
In the end, start again.
We never die in the afterworld

Die.
When we wanna, you know were gonna. Die.
When we wanna, you know we got to. Die.
When we wanna, you know we will
Die. Die.

    Song Meaning

I think this song is about the acceptance of death and brushing off the inherent fear. Free yourself from the prison that is fear and live your life. Do things that scare you, take risks, do everything that you're told NOT to do. Carpe diem.

    Song Meaning

this song was written for jackass 3d, but it has WAY more meaning to it. its about taking chances and living "loud and proud", also about not fearing death/dying. my favorite line from any song is in this song and also reminds me of the random hero ryan dunn R.I.P :( .

That bridge riff when he sings "When we wanna, you know we got to die" is probably the heaviest riff in any CKY song ever. Brilliant song.

    My Interpretation

I feel this song is about being fearless and doing what you want. In the end, we all end up dead so why wait for then when you can die now. And not literally die, but just the shit that makes you, YOU.

Also, this song is NOT about Ryan Dunn. The music video (which I don't understand how), is dedicated to him.

Dreamwalker
Silent Planet
I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988. "'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it." "There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.

Blue
Ed Sheeran
“Blue” is a song about a love that is persisting in the discomfort of the person experiencing the emotion. Ed Sheeran reflects on love lost, and although he wishes his former partner find happiness, he cannot but admit his feelings are still very much there. He expresses the realization that he might never find another on this stringed instrumental by Aaron Dessner.

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
