I'm at your window
Pouring my heart out
Counting the clock down
Until you fill your lungs
With these tears that have flooded your room
But i just didn't realise that we could save you
You're bitter, cos you lost out
So why don't, you sit this one out
It's better, if you let go
Then taking the easy way home

I'm at your window
Pulling the blinds down
Passing the flowers
Cupping the tear jar
You're bitter 'cos you lost out
So why don't, you sit this one out
It's better, if you let go
Than taking the easy way home

Bear your soul
To the world
The seas will make
It seem bold
Bear your soul
To the world
The seas will make

Bear our souls (now)
Bear our souls (to the world)
Bear our souls (to the world)
Bear our souls (to the world)
Bear your soul
(Bear your soul to the world)
Bear your soul (to the world)
Bear your soul (to the world)
Bear your soul

    this song needs more comments.

i think it's about someone planning to kill themself. and the voice of the song calling out to them, trying to help them out. but not really knowing how to help. as some people might know, its hard to turn someones life around, and to help someone through suicide is really hard on everyone.

i think this song is about coming out to see the brighter things and getting through it all.

    an amazing song.

first of all, i must say that this song is amazing and i love singing it.

second, this song brings so much to my mind. i feel as though it's about a person, who has lost a chance that i really wanted. mainly a relationship, and the easy way home would be to just end everything. and this person has become very bitter because of the loss. it almost seems as though the one telling the story was in the room at one point cleaning up, and trying to help the other person. if we bear our souls to the world greater things will become of us.

but that's just what i get from it haha

Standing On The Edge Of Summer
Thursday
In regards to the meaning of this song: Before a live performance on the EP Five Stories Falling, Geoff states “It’s about the last time I went to visit my grandmother in Columbus, and I saw that she was dying and it was the last time I was going to see her. It is about realizing how young you are, but how quickly you can go.” That’s the thing about Geoff and his sublime poetry, you think it’s about one thing, but really it’s about something entirely different. But the lyrics are still universal and omnipresent, ubiquitous, even. So relatable. That’s one thing I love about this band. I also love their live performances, raw energy and Geoff’s beautiful, imperfectly perfect vocals. His voice soothes my aching soul.

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.
