Wow! I can't believe this song had no comments before me! Okay, as for the meaning, it's pretty straight forward as most of Stephen Lynch's songs are. This one's about a college professor who... gives his female students "extra credit" assignments. To put it bluntly, he has sex with his students. This is a funny song, but just like 'Almighty Malachai, Bowling God' and 'Whittlin' Man', it's more of a good, talented song than a straight out comedy.
