You bring light in
You bring light in
You bring light in
You bring light in
You bring light in
You bring light in
You bring light in
You bring light in
You bring light in
You bring light in
You bring light in
You bring light in
You bring light in
You bring light in
You bring light in
You bring light in
You bring light in
To a dark place
Walking in light
Glowing, walking in light
Gold ring around you, the
Hues of you, the
Golden sunlight of you

There was a little drawing of a heart next to that, followed by an exclamation mark
The back of his was covered in stuff, stuff like
Brandon is not a very nice guy, but Alex is so nice
And that had the exclamation thing too
It was just silly crap that hit the spot
And he let himself be drawn in

Standing On The Edge Of Summer
Thursday
In regards to the meaning of this song: Before a live performance on the EP Five Stories Falling, Geoff states “It’s about the last time I went to visit my grandmother in Columbus, and I saw that she was dying and it was the last time I was going to see her. It is about realizing how young you are, but how quickly you can go.” That’s the thing about Geoff and his sublime poetry, you think it’s about one thing, but really it’s about something entirely different. But the lyrics are still universal and omnipresent, ubiquitous, even. So relatable. That’s one thing I love about this band. I also love their live performances, raw energy and Geoff’s beautiful, imperfectly perfect vocals. His voice soothes my aching soul.

Amazing
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran tells a story of unsuccessfully trying to feel “Amazing.” This track is about the being weighed down by emotional stress despite valiant attempts to find some positivity in the situation. This track was written by Ed Sheeran from the perspective of his friend. From the track, we see this person fall deeper into the negative thoughts and slide further down the path of mental torment with every lyric.
