Wow. I listened to this song on my way home from work tonight. Hadn't heard it in some time. Very creepy and strange how this song is exactly how I am feeling right now. I never read the lyrics fully but now that I have I can honestly relate to them in every way. It's sad. |

This is one of the best ZBB song they've ever written. I know they only have had 2(ish) albums but this song hits home to anybody who doesn't want to be apart from someone of something they love, they have to. It's probably the worst feeling in the world but you know you have to do it. I think everyone can relate to this song in some way. |

Just saw these guys live for the first time at New England Hardcore/Metalfest last night. They put on a great show!!! Wicked good live. Instruments and vocals were spot on.

I will admit that I never heard of this guy until he passed and it was posted on this site. After reading the post I went ahead and DLed some of his music and I must say I am VERY impressed. I am a metal head at heart but I do like a very select few of hip-hop artists. NONE of that mainstream shit...ugh. But I can now say he has now joined those ranks amoung Aesop Rock, Optiumus Rhyme, Slug and Felt (all hip-hop artists that I like).

The very first time I heard this song I loved it. Then the end of the song started to play and I literally stopped what I was doing to take it all in. It is just simply beautiful! So melodic, so pure, so rich. I just want to hear that playing in my head where ever I go! I really wish they were still together. They are the reason I listen to the "heavier" side of metal now...it all started with "Stoning Judas". |

Seems a bit obvious, talking about someone that has betrayed him in the past, "Why am I in so much pain this time" seems to mean that someone definately hurt him. Or maybe this is just a call out to all you betrayers. Never sticken by someone side. |

I believe he is talking about a past loved one that he cared deeply about. But, he tried very hard to be with her and in the end she just ended up being a backstabbing bitch and messing with his emotions.
She has "destroyed" many hearts before and maybe to her this is just another one that means nothing but to him it meant everything.
She has done this so many times now that she is just alone inside and he is saying pretty much "How does it feel to be alone like me now?" perhaps. |
