Hollywood Prison Lyrics

Since you left I've found myself locked in anotehr prison
But your bars and chains can't take the heart of this man
Without you my skies are always gray.
Now I'm seeing read through a different face.
What can I say that hasn't been said before?
I wrote your name in blood on my prison walls
And without your contact those memores are all I have
So I can't feel alone I'll never be alone
The chemicals arn't aligned
Now I'm struggling to find your fucking spine
I'll rip out your spine
You can take my pain
But you can't have my heart
You can lock me in this cold dark cell
But you can't have my heart

He can't escape the love he still feels. All he has left is the past, the good times. So now that she is gone she still can't shake him because he has all needs. All he needs are the memories.

"Now I'm struggling to find your fucking spine I'll rip out your spine"

He just can't figure where she stands on the whole situtation, almost being apathetic.

She is the source of his pain but she can't destroy him. He maybe forever trapped in the pain but he learned to deal with it and use it to his advantage.
