Fuckin LOVE this song!!!!! Angry as ever and a punch to the face! Terror is sick. Love these guys.

Seems a bit obvious, talking about someone that has betrayed him in the past, "Why am I in so much pain this time" seems to mean that someone definately hurt him. Or maybe this is just a call out to all you betrayers. Never sticken by someone side.
