I think it is more about how two people thought or one of them thought it would be a perfect date or relationship and it wasn't. It's talking about taking the time to get know the other person so things can work out. Relationships aren't magic you need to work at them. That's my opinion on this song. |

avos, you make a valid point about manipulating the consistency of air in order to physically see it in liquid form, but before one knows about the property of air (that in actuality it is merely water is gaseous form) the individual is breathing "by faith". Even with the knowlege about air, we still cannot see it in gas form. In the same way God seems invisible and even non-existent to everyone at one time in their life. But once an individual learns about God and opens up to Him and transfers reliance from themselves to God, the veil is lifted and you begin to feel His presence, interact with Him through prayer, see His hand at work in the world, etc. Breathing air and knowing God kind of parallel eachother.
As for believing in evolution, there are many "missing links" that don't make it a plausible theory to bank on. On the other hand creation also cannot be fully explained and evidence for both theories have their faults. But all humans are imperfect, so how can an imperfect human explain a perfect God? And if you think pratically about this, if God is the creator of all things, then how can we, His creation, know all that He knows. It is illogical and impossible. |
