Fuck Amy Lee and fuck her shitty band. Seether is about a million times better then this shit. Shaun Morgan is a better songwriter then Lee as well. Way better. I could be off base here, but i've always thought it was about a girl getting abused by her dad and having a shitty life in general. Probably does a lot of drugs, goes out with abusive guys, etc. The chorus is a guy who really loves her and would treat her right but thinks she might be too good for him or something, hence the "I don't deserve her" and being too scared to talk to her face to face, hence the "Won't you tell her?" line. Just my two cents, it could very well be what scheter says about the dad loving her. |
