quickstep, whatever happened to the old addage, "IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING NICE TO SAY, THEN DON'T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL!"? Maybe you weren't taught that... Anyway, this song is definitely underrated! I love it, and there should be tons of comments here!

I think it's about a relationship where he hates the person, but she brings him pleasure, so he continues to carry on with her, and then regrets it. I say that, because in America queer means gay thanks to a bunch of hapless numbskulls, but in England and South Africa, it still tends to mean strange. He's half English, half South African. And in old English, the English we used to use, that's also what queer meant. Strange. So this girl is strange, in a bad way, but he continues to associate with her for the pleasure she brings him.

I think Shaun Morgan is bored a lot, because in a lot of his songs, he mentions boredom and ennui.

i think it's kinda funny that maggiemichelle is getting mad at quickstep because he said that Shaun is probably bored a lot...i mean, on other pages people are saying "I've had farts that are better music than this song" and "whatever dumbfuck likes this artist needs to kill themselves now." i mean, if quickstep offends you...good luck in the rest of this site.

anyway, i've never really heard this song to be honest, but i think it's funny that it's called beer. And seether pretty much kicks ass, so i'm just going to go out on a limb and say that this is probably a good song. :)
