I saw an interview with Pal earlier today and he pretty much confirms that it is about a guy that killed his girlfriend/wife and is talking to her afterwards. The interviewer says, "It's about a guy singing to a corpse" and he doesn't dispute that. He says he doesn't know what the excuse for the lyric is, and that maybe he was reading too much Frank Kafka.
