Ah damn, we got a lot of stupid people
Doing a lot of stupid things
Thinking a lot of stpuid thoughts
And if you want to see one
Just look in the mirror

Gotta kill Captain Stupid, can't you see him
Today we start the new way, we're Suicidal
Gotta kill the old way, we'll make it better
Won't you join our mission, don't be stupid

Got to kill Captain Stupid
Got to kill Captain Stupid

Brothers killing brothers, what up with that?
Can't you see they're laughing, that ain't funny
Babies making babies, that ain't love
You just got screwed over, get some respect

Got to kill Captain Stupid
Got to kill Captain Stupid
Got to kill Captain Stupid
Got to kill Captain Stupid

Kill him, kill him, kill him
Gotta kill Captain Stupid
Kill him, kill him, kill him
Gotta kill Captain Stupid
Kill him, kill him, kill him
Gotta kill Captain Stupid
Kill him, kill him, kill him

And I don't understand why
People be bringin' Captain Stupid in their lives
Treating him like a superhero
Glorifying him when he ain't nothing but a superpunk
And you see, you're the one who's gonna have to stop him
'Cause you're the one that started him

Oh, what's that?
So now you say life sucks
Well, ninety-nine percent of it's
What you make of it...
So if your life sucks, you suck

What's that crap you're smoking, playing the fool
Waste your life for nothing, when you're something
What the hell you thinking, mind pollution
Got to get back control, it's your life fool

Got to kill Captain Stupid
Got to kill Captain Stupid
Got to kill Captain Stupid
Got to kill Captain Stupid

Kill him, kill him, kill him
Gotta kill Captain Stupid
I gotta, you gotta, I gotta
Gotta kill Captain Stupid
Kill him, kill him, kill him
Gotta kill Captain Stupid
I gotta, you gotta, I gotta
Gotta kill Captain Stupid

What's that now?
Ah, so you're scared to do something about it
Well, you better be scared not to do something about it
Because if you don't kill Captain Stupid
Captain Stupid gonna kill you
Got to kill Captain Stupid...fool

It's a wicked song! I can't believe it was submitted in 2002 and no one has made a comment in 3 years...

"And I don't understand why People be bringin' Captain Stupid in their lives Treating him like a superhero Glorifying him when he ain't nothing but a superpunk And you see, you're the one who's gonna have to stop him 'Cause you're the one that started him"

I quess these lines above are one of the main reasons... besides, Cyco Mico has plain lyrical approach, it doesn't get any easier than this if you're upset about something and you want to make other people think straight about it.

SUICIDAL FOR LIFE... 'CUZ YOU GOTTA BE F****N' CRAZY TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF ! ! !

    Song Meaning

It's more of a "wake the fuck up, people" song. Basically, all that is wrong in the world (specifically America). People blaming others for what's wrong and even their own actions because it's how they were taught and all they've seen. Instead of complaining about it or joining in, only you have control over your life's choices and can change it.

Light Up The Sky
Van Halen
The song lyrics were written by the band Van Halen, as they were asked to write a song for the 1979 movie "Over the Edge" starring Matt Dillon. The movie (and the lyrics, although more obliquely) are about bored, rebellious youth with nothing better to do than get into trouble. If you see the movie, these lyrics will make more sense. It's a great movie if you grew up in the 70s/80s you'll definitely remember some of these characters from your own life. Fun fact, after writing the song, Van Halen decided not to let the movie use it.

Standing On The Edge Of Summer

In regards to the meaning of this song: Before a live performance on the EP Five Stories Falling, Geoff states “It’s about the last time I went to visit my grandmother in Columbus, and I saw that she was dying and it was the last time I was going to see her. It is about realizing how young you are, but how quickly you can go.” That’s the thing about Geoff and his sublime poetry, you think it’s about one thing, but really it’s about something entirely different. But the lyrics are still universal and omnipresent, ubiquitous, even. So relatable. That’s one thing I love about this band. I also love their live performances, raw energy and Geoff’s beautiful, imperfectly perfect vocals. His voice soothes my aching soul.

This is about bronies. They communicate by stomping.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.
