it's about alcholism, trey is talking about how it's so easy to succumb to drinking. As you drown further into alcholism it's harder to get out.. like falling down a well.

I believe it's about the hot chocolate they used to drink which was saturated with an ounce of marijuana. The foam is the cloudy high they got while trying to come up with material after drinking that potent cocktail.
