Abortion Is Murder

Viro I agree with exactly. I can't say that I know when life EXACTLY begins. I can't prove it, but because I don't know for sure that life begins at a certain point, I'm going to be safe and not risk murdering by any means. I'm not going to argue about abortion being murder until I am certain that it is murder, and vise versa. But the whole issue on abortion and whether it's living or not is a secular argument, not a religious one. The religious argument is that you're putting something that God controlls into your own hands. Since I am religious, I don't believe that man should have control of life that God gives them. People argue with me by saying, "Well if that's true, why don't we get rid of hospitals as well, since we are controlling our lives, by prolonging them, by medical means." Interesting argument. I have mixed feelings about the medical feild. I don't see a need for it, nor do I see a need for prolonging our lives, so in that case, I don't even think we should have a medical feild. On the other hand, God gave us life as a gift, and gave us the human nature so we'd want to live. He wants us on earth, and wants us to want to stay on earth. It's his will. So we could be fufilling his will by staying on the earth. Also, death is irreversable, but life only occurs once in existance, so in that case, the medical feild is good. Abortion is wrong in this case because, 1.) we are not fufilling the nature that God gave us, 2.) We're controlling life of beings on earth, 3.) We're committing an act of selfishness. But, my political views are secular, because I think it's fair to force what I believe on everyone out of selfishness. It's their choice, not mine, for them not to sin, and they don't even see it as sin. I can only advise one to do what I believe is right.
