It’s about drake and a girl he loves. they aren’t an official couple because he’s so famous and busy and he isn’t able to give her all his time. as a result, she won’t be in a relationship with him because she can’t have all of him meaning his time and attention. so they still mess around but drake also messes around with other women too. she knows about it and isn’t okay with it but accepts it because they aren’t in a relationship. throughout the song he expresses she’s the one he really wants to be with but in the meantime and while they’re away from each other , he is with other women that he doesn’t have real feelings for and is only with for company while the girl he really loves is away.
