to me this song is about someone holding on and not wanting to let go of a relationship that is already over. being so afraid of moving on and change that you're willing to stay in a bad relationship just because it's familiar
This song is so honest. Which makes the lyrics and the contents hurt even more. I love how he acknowledges that so many people in his (my) generation have the problem of being "together but not together" for fear of accepting that you're just not suposed to be together. So many people can relate to this song going through a long dragged out relationship that has probably been overwith and it's just scary to completely let it go.

this one of the few good songs on the album, which is at this point drake isnt even rap anymore its just obnoxious bragging and complaining about this aleisha broad..

This song gives me a better understanding of a true man. The fact that he can be honest with me and tell me straight up he doesn't want to pretend that he loves me when he knows for a fact that he doesn't is just a huge surprise.
