Dragon Queen Lyrics

My mouth you're touching
Your mouth is running
No loving for nothing
Nobody knock my body out

My mouth is blowing right off
I'm so gone
Incoming, out clubbing
Not loving, slow your body down

How are you not going to show your scar?
How are you not going to get high, high?
How are you not going to show your scar?
How are you not going to get high, high?
How are you not going to show your scar?
How are you not going to get high, high?
How are you not going to show your scar?
How are you not going to get high, high?

My mouth is touching
To your mouth is running
No loving for nothing
Nobody knock my body out

How are you not going to show your scar?
How are you not going to get high, high?
How are you not going to show your scar?
How are you not going to get high, high?
How are you not going to show your scar?
How are you not going to get high, high?
How are you not going to show your scar?
How are you not going to get high, high?

christa38 - I think the name refers to how you say "chase the dragon" when you get high, and she's the dragon queen.. "how you're not going to get high, high"

Yeah, I think it's about heroin. Chasing the dragon usually refers to smoking opium, but since the chorus talks about a scar, I would assume that refers to injecting heroin.

Badass song.

The song is about Heroin addiction. Hence the tile Dragon Queen... as in "chasing the dragon" which refers to chasing heroin to get high.

My mouth you're touching Your mouth is running No loving for nothing Nobody knock my body out -----Talking about getting fucked up, love for money... getting so high you're knocked out

My mouth is blowing right off I'm so gone Incoming, out clubbing Not loving, slow your body down -------Talking about doing cocaine

How are you not going to show your scar? How are you not going to get high, high?------Talking about keeping the addiction a secret.. "show your scar" track marks..

haha, wow. I never knew what the chorus was. I thought karen O was just singin in a different language of some sort. I could not pin point what she was saying hahaha. wow....im an idiot. I heard some jibber that sounded japanese but I liked to mutter along to it. I listen for these lyrics next time. :-p

anyway, this song is awesome. but for the beginning verse I hear:

my mouth is touching your mouth is running no lovin, for nothing etc...

I agree with you both. Anyway, this song is killer!

Should it be "Night loving, slow your body down"? and "How are you not going to hah hah?" instead of "How are you not going to get high, high?" Sorry!

This song is the catchiest on the album and one of the best! Does anybody know what the title means?
