What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas,
But what if it don't?
What happens in my head stays in my head,
But sometimes it won't.
What if you knew what I was thinking?
Would it make you like "Whoa!"?
I don't wanna risk putting my foot in this
So I keep my mouth closed.

(Chorus)
All you hear is "Uh uh uh uh uh uh"
Gonna button my lips so the truth don't slip
Uh uh uh uh uh uh
Gotta beep out what I really wanna shout
Whoops! Did I say it out loud?
Did you find out? (oow yeah)
I wanna have your babies
You're serious like crazy
I wanna have your babies
I see 'em springing up like daisies.

Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
Some of my feelings keep escaping
So I make it a joke
Nonchalant I keep on faking
So my heart don't get broke
I'm in a big, big, big, big ocean
In a tiny little boat
I'll only put the idea out there
If I know it's gonna float.

(Chorus)

(Bridge)

'Cause in my head there's a slot machine
And I'm betting you're the one in my hopes and dreams
La la la la la, la la la la la la la
La la la la la, la la, la la...
Trust me it'd scare you
If you knew what was going on in my brain
Trust me it'd scare you
That I picked out the church, or the schools or the names
If you knew it was all about you
Every wish, every candle, every coin in the fountain
Trust me it'd scare you

That's why I go, Uh uh uh uh uh, uh uh
Uhm... yeah

(Chorus x2)

This one, this another, this one, oow...
Babies, babies, babies, babies...
I wanna have your babies
I...
Yeah yeah ha ha and maybe you'll find out...

She's exaggerating. She's said time and time again that It's about the feeling you get when you start a new relationship and the woman's mind goes wild, imagining all the possibilities but they know they can't tell the man, because they freak out too easily. ha. Well maybe she didn't say it in those exact words, but that's what she means. This is a girls song, lol. They get it.

The phrase "I wanna have your babies" (not sure if this song applies to it) is used quite often in forums (game forums, which I go to often, usually) when someone gives good news or posts something interesting. I suppose it can be taken as a play on that phrase.

Or it would be what women truly feel behind that "I don't need anyone to make my life complete" exterior. I dunno, I'm assuming lots.

I thought this song was funny. (: Seriously. If there is anything that scares a man more, it's the words.. "I wanna have your babies." hahaaaa.

This song is so damn catchy... I'm glad she is coming back to England after all the time she has spent breaking the US. She has done a good job though :)

I really hate this song. It just reinforces the stereotype that thats all females want or a good for...having little brats.

How did she get from "Single" to this??? So she started off saying she doesn't need a man and now she's going round singing an annoyingly catchy song about being an obsessive girl desperate to have a man's babies. Nice one, Natasha :/

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988. "'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it." "There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."
