Respect the structure
Songs have rhythm. Pages do too. Leave line breaks where they belong. Don’t smash things together or add extra empty space just for looks.

"Lights Out" is the name of the album, "Back to the Disaster" is a line from the song "Memory" (the first single from Palm Trees and Power Lines) - "Back to the Disaster" was also later used as the name of a live CD/DVD package. Just a catchy introduction to the album really :) good though!
