This song doesn't mean much.. "Lights Out" is the name of the album, "Back to the Disaster" is a line from the song "Memory" (the first single from Palm Trees and Power Lines) - "Back to the Disaster" was also later used as the name of a live CD/DVD package. Just a catchy introduction to the album really :) good though!
