also heard this song on smallville. Amazingly beautiful :)

I think it's about his wife/girlfriend leaving him b/c he did something wrong and fears that he'll never see her face anymore.

My favorite line: Oh my Love I’d give anything for one more day with you

Simple song. Very beautiful. You can hear the sadness in his voice. It's pretty clear he is speaking to a former love but this song reminds me of missing someone who has passed away. "Have you hear it gets easier with time... Never see your face anymore... Give anything for one more day with you."
