I was at a funeral arrangement where two people I knew (who were lovers) had died in a car crash and this was the song that was chosen for them, as it was their favourite.

The room was just in silence.

Although the music makes you want to cry at how melancholy it is, the words are so sweet.It's what every girl wants to hear but almost never does. That someone's whole life is based on you. THat you are their life and their reason for being is your happiness. THat without you they're nothing and that their only moments of happiness are being in your arms and knowing that you'll never know how much they love you.

I love this song, absolutely and wholly. They're in love with each other and he obviously wants her and lusts for her (Let me give you what you're giving me). He feels a need to show her how much he loves her in return for how much she loves him. She ignites a fire within him, whether it be the fire of wanting to have sex or live again. At the end, they're obviously about to make love.

There are no words to express how much I adore this song.

I first heard this song in the Movie Summerstorm, which is about Tobi falling in love with his straight friend Achim. Then toward the end this other Boy keeps comforting Tobi about his coming out. Regardless to the context, this is the only song and the only movie that has ever made me cry. Because when i hear this/see this, i feel such an intense longing for another man to love. I can't believe that a human could make something this beautiful. I'm a fan forever. Everyime i hear this song i lose my breath.

This song to me as all about finding someone you love, realizing that all you need is that person with you, and coming to the conclusion that you could lose everything else, as long as you were with your love. I cry a lot to this song.

I feel that specific line is all about a person who had gone cold from too many losses and now feels like their life is worth living again.

This sounds to me like a love song, in a weird way. Like how bad he wants to be with a girl and he's trying to let her know. This is one of my friends favorite songs, i let her listen to my cd once and she loved it. She has good taste in music too :P
