Man I'm tired of this
Man I'm tired of it all
Gotta put it in, look
Man what happened to us
2020 yeah we moving different
I’m tryna put my niggas all in good positions
I’m tired of acting friendly with the opposition
I’m tired of niggas thinking we in competition
This ain’t no competition
I do this for the love for the love of the music
You do it for the likes and mentions
Let’s not forget to mention
I’m probably one of the greatest my city’s ever seen
The younging living out his dream
I gotta bring my niggas with me like I’m Luther King
I know I’m prince but soon enough Ima be the king
Royalty, you’re baby momma spoil me
She be like you can have it your way
Like burger burger burger
All that I been hearing in my city is
Murder murder murder
Then they want to fault me for leaving like
Hold up hold up hold Up
Do you want to see me win and succeed
Cause as of lately man that ain’t what it seems
Had a couple niggas switch on me for reasons due to envy and greed
Getting mad dog cause she chose me
There’s plenty fish in the sea
But I’m off that to new energy
I just had to give y’all a recap of 2019
I’ve been meditating
Increasing my patience
Reflecting on the kinds of moves I’ve been making
I’ve been questioning myself and the things I’ve been chasing
Like do i really want it that bad or have I been faking (nah nigga, this is you)
So from here on out
My hair grow out
I care nothing bout opinions
I wanna give hope like my nigga Cole
Be a vessel for a generation of lost souls
I know social media a form of mind control
But how am I supposed to gain exposure and promote
This shit a contradiction
Plus a slight addiction
To fat asses won’t let me hop off this shit
I see that she in Cancun
Won’t post who’s she with
I see that he got mad streams
That nigga ain’t shit
I check my ex’s page
Just to see how she live
I check my own page
I’m not really that lit (damn)
No wonder why we all sad
Time to go get up off our ass
And time to go get a bag
Time to go plan for the future
And stop thinking bout past
Time to go get all that money we all wishing we had (damn)
Yeah no wonder why we all sad
Time to go get up off our ass
And time to go get a bag
Time to go plan for the future
And stop thinking bout past
Time to go get all that money we all wishing we had
2020 vision

Holiday
Bee Gees
@[Diderik:33655] "Your a holiday!" Was a popular term used in the 50s/60s to compliment someone on their all around. For example, not only are they beautiful, but they are fun and kind too ... just an all around "holiday". I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.

Plastic Bag
Ed Sheeran
“Plastic Bag” is a song about searching for an escape from personal problems and hoping to find it in the lively atmosphere of a Saturday night party. Ed Sheeran tells the story of his friend and the myriad of troubles he is going through. Unable to find any solutions, this friend seeks a last resort in a party and the vanity that comes with it. “I overthink and have trouble sleepin’ / All purpose gone and don’t have a reason / And there’s no doctor to stop this bleedin’ / So I left home and jumped in the deep end,” Ed Sheeran sings in verse one. He continues by adding that this person is feeling the weight of having disappointed his father and doesn’t have any friends to rely on in this difficult moment. In the second verse, Ed sings about the role of grief in his friend’s plight and his dwindling faith in prayer. “Saturday night is givin’ me a reason to rely on the strobe lights / The lifeline of a promise in a shot glass, and I’ll take that / If you’re givin’ out love from a plastic bag,” Ed sings on the chorus, as his friend turns to new vices in hopes of feeling better.
