it doesn't really matter which songs it is, if one doesn't understand clearly, does it... it is just, it's, it's every song you love; it makes you feel different, makes you feel something, gets you up, gets you somewhere it's all emotions, it is moving into the songs

The song is about escaping the world through music, that is why there are refferences to plenty of older songs in here. As listed by other people. In the beginning line 'I woke up weak today, and needing your voice' the 'your' is reffering to music. The song is simply about escaping life with an obsession, if not addiction to music.

during 'in ashes to ashes', dee sings the following:

during 'in pretty vacant', she sings:

in fuck the pain away, get into the groove, penetration, boys in give me shelter, kung fu fighting, automatic, white lines in i'm a poser, smells like teen spirit, the robots submerge (? i'm unaware of this last one being a song) if the kids are united

References to Peaches and paper wings- this band is simply amazing.

This song is so weird but so awesum at the same time. I dont know wut the In ashes to ashes, I'm falling falling parts mean, but they are cool.

there are themes from 80's artist's work; David Bowie - 'ashes to ashes' ; Peaches - 'teaches of peaches'; Smiths - 'hat full of hollow' ; Sex pistols - 'pretty vacant' etc

I think that they don't sing 'in poison voodoo' but 'in boys and voodoo', as they're singing song titles and are big on self-promotion in songs..
