I was at a Bodom show in Philadelphia yesterday and Alexi said it was about him drinking so much and having his arm broken three times. So the song is about him asking himself Are You Dead Yet

I saw the video to this song and it was pretty cool. Not like the other metalvideos out there that r just preformance-based. IcedEarth and BloodRed got the meaning.

I think the last line in the chorus is cool. like if life's sh!t you can either get depressed about it, or think, I'm not dead yet, (ie. ask yourself rhetorically Are You Dead Yet? ) obviously the answer's no, so life could be worse, so look up and get on with it.

as for the meaning, it sounds like its about his own self loathing. well the chorus, anyway. he's referring to an enemy that he wants to eradicate, and he sees him through a mirrir, i.e. the enemy is himself. he's so pissed off he punches the mirror ("throw a punch, shards bleed on the floor"). the glass cuts into him, but he doesnt care ("shards bleed on the floor, tearing me apart but i dont care anymore"), and he's wondering if he should regret his own self harm, or if he hasn't done enough of it yet ("should i regret or ask myself 'are you dead yet?' ")
