as for the meaning, it sounds like its about his own self loathing. well the chorus, anyway. he's referring to an enemy that he wants to eradicate, and he sees him through a mirrir, i.e. the enemy is himself. he's so pissed off he punches the mirror ("throw a punch, shards bleed on the floor"). the glass cuts into him, but he doesnt care ("shards bleed on the floor, tearing me apart but i dont care anymore"), and he's wondering if he should regret his own self harm, or if he hasn't done enough of it yet ("should i regret or ask myself 'are you dead yet?'
