Close Your Eyes Lyrics
In your eyes I can see that you're cracking up
In your eyes I can see that you've had enough
And it pains my head
In your eyes I can see that you're cracking up
In your eyes I can see that you fell in love
And it pains my head
What if all that was
What if all that was
What if all that was coming to me
What if all that was coming to me
I'm in this love, I'm in
I'm in this love, I'm in this love
I'm in this love, I'm in
I'm in this love, I'm in this love
Turn the radio on
Turn the radio on now
Will I walk, should I wait
Will I find love is in the hands of tomorrow
Will I walk, should I wait
Will I find love is in the hands of tomorrow
What if it all were to change like I thought it would (x10)
In your eyes I can see that you've had enough
And it pains my head
In your eyes I can see that you're cracking up
In your eyes I can see that you fell in love
And it pains my head
What if all that was
What if all that was coming to me
What if all that was coming to me
I'm in this love, I'm in this love
I'm in this love, I'm in
I'm in this love, I'm in this love
Turn the radio on now
Will I find love is in the hands of tomorrow
Will I walk, should I wait
Will I find love is in the hands of tomorrow

Hes in love with this girl and he doesn't want her to lose him. I love the beat. This song relax me...
there's definitely a significance in the use of a female voice that responds with the male voice. And they sing different parts at the same time. Such as when the male part sings " In your eyes I can see that you're cracking up" while the female part sings " What if all that was" and they join in on "and it pains my head". They are both experiencing some sort of problem that "pains their heads" probably some sort of break up between the two.
The male part realizes that she's had enough and fallen in love with someone else while the female wonders if "all that was coming to [her]" and there's nothing that they could do about it. it was just fate.
ive always loved this song but could never figure out what it meant. I think that theory is almost bang on. Im still curious as 2 what the "turn the radio on" part refers to tho.
i love the idea of this being the two sides of a relationship. so beautiful
