The part where he starts talking, there is a long pause and he starts to say something else, something about starting over....can you hear what he is saying?
That's awesome about the band name. I think the song is about his best friend that fell to his death (perhaps suicide). The narrator is saying that he couldn't fly when he was falling but could then fly when he became an angel. It's extremely sad. I almost cried.
