I see this as the perfect companion song for "Little Green Men" the powers that be that are plotting against this young [wo]man and others like him/her and now that the fruits of their labor are ripe, and properly grown amongst the carefully constructed burdens and obstacles in the way of this life.
Keep in mind this album was written with books such as Brave New World and 1984 in mind, so this is most likely a "Big Brother" figure speaking, only corporation not government.
In this song he/she let sin/sinners control and eat him alive, and at the end he/she brakes free. Not hard to get.
I like this song it reminds me of vampires :) but yeah it makes me think of how human beings are tempted everyday by satan to sin. And then he gets saved and overcomes the temptation.
