A lot of their songs can be self-explanitory. Matthew 11:25-28.

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" We can go to Jesus whenever, and this song I guess is about someone who is restless and goes to Jesus

I love how when we have nothing else, we can always go to Jesus, and we realize that He's everything and He's all we need. And that we can go to Him anytime.
