This song is awesome. Russell's voice is brutal during the verses. Not to mention Michael Romeo is a guitar god. Not to sure about he lyrics.
I think the song is about not selling out. Unleashing the fire is playing the nasty riffs
From what I gather, the song begins about Anarchy, and how it is an illusion because some one will eventually become a tyrant, and people would have to unite and bring it down.
Then, near the end of the song, it tells about when you feel weak, unite yourselves and look within and gather your srenght.
This song is about over throwing the government.
I think the song is about overthrowing the system and not conforming to a mediocre government and a group of people which is an uprising of sorts is being motivated to look "within, unleash the fire"
