It's tacked on the end of The Vermont Connection as sort of a "hidden track".
I believe its about his ex, as most of the pre-W/T stuff is. New garden over old flowers- like rehashing things, trying something new that you've already done before

this is one of the most beautiful poems i have ver read, and daryl's reading of it is almost haunting. great shit, and a great band that knows how to perfectly balance fragile beauty and violence.

well, most people dont realize the fact that all the almost all of his relationship oriented songs are about his ex gf (or one of his ex'es), Katie Tiger. Thus his references to "Tiger" so much.
