One more trip down
To the lost and found
To find your heart that the
Quarterback punk dropped on the ground
One more trip down
To the lost and found
To find your heart

Left out
The one they picked last for the big ball game
Beat up after class
No doubt
You'll show them one day
You are not the same
You won't be the last one anymore

One long walk down
Through the hallways now
You're finding out
That you don't fit in this time around
One long walk down
Through the hallways now
You feel left out

I think that the lyrics are totally a killer. I think that they are just another batch of lyrics that Ryan did an gr8 good on writting. I love this song so much and I don't think that I'll ever get tierd of listening to it. Yellowcard is just a great band. At least I think so and I believe along with other bands that they got so much for everyone to have and listen to. I really want their EP and I'm looking every whre for it. This song in itself isn't all that great..

But the bridge is one of the best bridges i've ever heard..

first the violin versus the guitar, then woooooo, and then a great guitar solo.. Fantastics!!

This song can really put you in a good mood. When you feel like complete shit it kind of brings you hope. I dont want to sound completely stupid when i say that to, but tis true. It makes you thing of how highschool is bullshit and your so much better then half the people out there. It makes you feel like you fit in somewhere with the world and can relate to someone else.

I think you all completley missed the meaning of this song....i think its about the "un-cool" and "un-popular" kids (like myself) who enjoy stuff like chess club and math club and computers and are the so called "nerds, freaks, and geeks" of the school and how they are ridiculed by the higschool community, but when our ahem i mean their 4.0 gpa's get them into cal-tech and stanford and the jock-assholes go to community college and go no-where with their life, the "nerds" will be the ones laughing because they will go on to do great things. Basically: US NERDS WILL RULE THE WORLD SO BE NICE TO US

well for starters i doubt that you had a 4.0 gpa and didnt get to go to college because you couldnt pay for it. See there are these things called scholarships, colleges give money to smart people so that they come attend their school, either youre an idiot and dont know about these things or youre an idiot and lying about something. Secondly, im not rich, im actually dirt poor since my mom has to pay for lawyers so that she and i dont get fucked over by my asshole dad in their divorce. Lastly, go listen to ashlee simpson you homo. I thought that they didnt let queers into the armed forces...guess i was wrong.

The Night We Met
Lord Huron
This is a hauntingly beautiful song about introspection, specifically about looking back at a relationship that started bad and ended so poorly, that the narrator wants to go back to the very beginning and tell himself to not even travel down that road. I believe that the relationship started poorly because of the lines: "Take me back to the night we met:When the night was full of terrors: And your eyes were filled with tears: When you had not touched me yet" So, the first night was not a great start, but the narrator pursued the relationship and eventually both overcame the rough start to fall in love with each other: "I had all and then most of you" Like many relationships that turn sour, it was not a quick decline, but a gradual one where the narrator and their partner fall out of love and gradually grow apart "Some and now none of you" Losing someone who was once everything in your world, who you could confide in, tell your secrets to, share all the most intimate parts of your life, to being strangers with that person is probably one of the most painful experiences a person can go through. So Painful, the narrator wants to go back in time and tell himself to not even pursue the relationship. This was the perfect song for "13 Reasons Why"

Dreamwalker
Silent Planet
I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988. "'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it." "There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.

Blue
Ed Sheeran
“Blue” is a song about a love that is persisting in the discomfort of the person experiencing the emotion. Ed Sheeran reflects on love lost, and although he wishes his former partner find happiness, he cannot but admit his feelings are still very much there. He expresses the realization that he might never find another on this stringed instrumental by Aaron Dessner.
