Indian Outlaw Lyrics
Half Cherokee and Choctaw
My baby she's a Chippewa
She's one of a kind
The Village Cheaftin' is my paw-paw
He gets his orders from my maw-maw
She makes him walk the line
I'll be beatin' on my tom-tom
Pull out the pipe and smoke you some
Hey and pass it around
Half Cherokee and Choctaw
My baby she's a Chippewa
She's one of a kind
We can ride my pony double
Make your little heart bubble
Lord like a glass of wine
He caught runnin' water in my hands
Drug me around by my headband
Said I wasn't her kind
Half Cherokee and Choctaw
My baby she's a Chippewa
She's one of a kind
With just my arrow and my hickory bow
From a hundred yards don't you know
I do it all the time
Late at night tryin' to catch a peek at me
In nothin' but my buffalo briefs
I got 'em standin' in line
Half Cherokee and Choctaw
My baby she's a Chippewa
She's one of a kind
Cherokee tribe
So proud to live
So proud to die
FYI: (interesting fact) Tim got suide when this song first game out by a tribe of indians for using their name in his song
TIM MCGRAW ROCKS!
This totally makes me want to go out west, become a cowgirl, and spend my days drinking and trolling the reservations for booty. :-P
Hahaha cursive stars your comment made me laugh.
I love this song it's alot of fun it makes me proud to have a little Blackfoot in me =)
Gene Simmons from KISS wrote this.
@redshiftdazzler No he didn't. There was another singer named Gene Simmons that wrote this; it ended up being his last song before his death. (KISS' member took his stage name as a tribute to the other Gene Simmons).
