Nothings changed the senates still corrupt & the emporer remains insane and everyday is a new strain of slaughter supply lines are less protected evil on all sides eye can smell the death on your flesh -- creeping in trapped within the twisting fingers of fear and all eye see is ewe that face those eyes burning like leprosy eye can see you there poisoning the air prostituting Nationalism and eye want to attack to rip out your heart and lay your flat on your back and vomit a world of agony and truth into your throbbing illness of memory ... and hate guides our way eye long for the icy slap of a belt across my back for the acceptance of death and blind cave war the giving sleep of depression the sweet elucidation of savage, meaningless aggression chiseled in the meaty forearms of Mother Jupiter and his slave disciples in the harem tents - outside just beyond the edges - eye ride a cycloptic mare in the fires of imagination feeding my disease a river of plagues eye need something to remind me eye am still sinning that pain in important that wurdz matter that healing in possible that eye am not alone ... in this - guard the houses - triple the watch - maidens, dig up your sorcery - sirens, sharpen your rocks ... ewe will eat my pain again whatever you need unite messiah ME

General Commentdoes this really count as a song? it's more like it's just creepy dialogue. still brilliant, especially her final scream at the end. it's like she's just talking out her problems to anyone who is listening, and then finally she just gets so frustrated and just wants everything to stop.

General CommentConsidering this song was released before "The Village" this is pretty irrelevant; or insightful. Take it however you please. But I cannot listen to this song without having at least a few flashbacks of that crappy movie. Particularly the last 4 lines. "Guard the houses" the entire village was nothing but houses housing residents. "Triple the watch" aka watching for those of whom we don't speak. "Maidens dig up your sorcery" I can't help but think of the costume that couple had hidden under their floorboards in which they eventually had to "dig up". "Sirens sharpen your rocks" in other words the men at the bells around the town are to prepare for another invasion by those of whom we don't speak.

General CommentI think it's her perception of current politics, or just any system where the leaders pretend that everything's perfectly fine so they don't have to see the plight of the suffering

General CommentIts simply about how corrupt, diminishing, lieing that all this country's government does. i think we need to restart and refirbrish the government and make it less crappy.
