im really surprised that this only has one comment. can anyone tell me what this song is about? i tried to analyze it for myself but....yeah...clueless.
This song is about being in love with someone who you KNOW in your heart is the right person for you, your soulmate perhaps. The trouble is he/she is a little hesitant about being with you and falling in love with you due to trust issues he/she may have. But you're holding onto hope that he/she will give you all the love you've been giving him/her.

@ttishy15 yep I thought the same thing as Notorious but 12 years later after these comments, we are talking about Twinflames these days. Soulmates and Twinflames are different. Twinflames is one Soul split in two, an exact mirror. The runner chaser dynamic she mentioned “there are times when I find, you want to keep yourself from me” ….Twinflames are mirror souls so when she said “when I don’t have the strength, I’m just a mirror of what I see”
