I really dig this song!!! The beat just made me move... and I don't even dance, for real!! She is speaking the real in this situation. Dating can become complicating if there is no communication... so she just wants him to keep it real. You think you did bad on that first date... just try again. And its like she's kinda telling him to apply that in every aspect of his life.... just dut your self off and try again. Phat-ass song!

When I first heard this song, i got the impression that it's about a girl whose bf lets her go and now he regrets it and he's trying to get her back. But, she doesn't want to go back to the same situation. He has to try harder... make it worth her while to come back. i don't know. Listen to the rap part of the song. He says...
