Their self-titled album and Who Are You Now? are both concept albums.
The self-titled is about not having faith/doubting God in the beginning of the album then by the end of the cd, he begins to have faith in God and accepts Him.
Who Are You Now is more about finding yourself. (Hence, the album title...) |

| This Providence – ...But What Will They Say? Lyrics
| 15 years ago
|
It's about how he's worried what other people will think of him because of his faith/belief in God. But in the end, he "throws his hands in the air" because it doesn't matter what others say, but at the same time he's still doubting his faith.
I hope people know that this entire album is religiously affiliated... Well all of This Prov's albums are haha. |

That's what I thought the first time I heard it. It's because the first line of the song is VERY similar to the first line in Don't Forget. |

I can't find the acoustic version anywhere. I don't use limewire or anything like that because it messes with my computer. Could someone perhaps send me the acoustic version? It would be much appreciated. |

I absolutely adore this song. I like it so much better than Decode. To me, this song is Edward talking about Bella.

i agree with wwegurl93 that demi is the best lyricist of disney right now. i think she has the best voice and potential too. she's the most like...down to earth and real. |

| Cute Is What We Aim For – Time Lyrics

I think when he says he's been to both hemispheres of the world, it's a metaphor for her body. So like this may sound a little weird, but like the top and bottom half of her body. The top would be like her mouth: they can talk, be in love, kiss, hold each other, etc. The bottom would just be sex. So he can't decide if he is with her for the lust or love. I hope that makes sense. |

| This Providence – Best Wishes Lyrics

i agree with die_ambrosia.
but this song could still be about a breakup or a best friend, or anything like that. just a friendship/relationship that's drifting apart.
"It's not like were over is it?
It's not like we'll never be together"
this line confuses me a little because if it was about a breakup, and he says "it's not like we'll never be together?" then doesn't that mean that they were never together?
so i personally think this is about a relationship that ALMOST happened, but didn't because they just starting going their separate ways before they could be together. |

"It seems he still wants to be with her; therefore 'wasting' himself on her, but he can't seem to find hope, which he in fact states."
i like that point too, vampric.
and thanks, i hope it works out too. =/
but same hope goes to you. |

this song talks about him "wasting" himself on a girl and doing anything for her, but then she "set him on fire" meaning she did something that really killed their relationship. so now they're "walking on a wire" meaning that their relationship is hanging by a thread aka could break anytime.
at least that's what i interpret from this. it basically explains my situation right now haha. |

| Scenes and Sirens – I don't think she loves me Lyrics

what i got from this is that the girl has been cheated on and so she broke up with her boyfriend who she loves, and now is hooking up with/using this new guy. and this guy actually loves her, but he knows she doesn't love him back. |

i think this song is more about how the record label is telling her to write a certain way, but she doesn't want to do that. she wants to do it her own way. aka she doesn't want to be one of those "sellout" artists. |

wooo first comment!
this song is pretty self explanatory. basically this guy is two-timing her and she doesn't want to be with him anymore, but he still tells her he loves her. and in the chorus she talks about how she doesn't understand how he can keep telling all these lies to her.
hey monday is the new paramore. forreal. |
