Earlier I said I never gave it too much thought as to why I like this song. I take that back. Personally, I think of this song as one that reminds me of life's cruelties. Horrible things happen every day. While I cannot stand the ideas of modern humanity, I nonetheless keep moving on. I have my own personal plans to change the world. I hope they will be for the better. Who knows? Regardless of what happens, I need to live life to its fullest. Anything can happen, and I just need to take it in stride. This is a personal opinion. I think it's great how you get your own meaning out of the song. You are 100% right in that. A song's true meaning is what it means to YOU. Meanings and origins are completely different.
