For anyone that can remember the Supertones used to be a terrible live band. The days of Strike Back kind of pushed them to a high level in the Christian scene. They toured with Audio Adrenaline on the Some Kind of Zombie tour and played over acts like Jennifer Knapp (who was big at that time, she actually one awards). The Supertones quickly became BEC's best and most well-known band, therefore gaining much financial pull. This entails a band to have high performance of sound equipment and technicians. They had what happens to a lot of bands, they got big. With that they lose control over what goes on on tours. Also losing a the edge for the genre. |

I saw them in concert at Purple Door and they played this. The spirit of the pit went insane. The gorship brought me in complete awe of God and the blood He shed on the cross for a loser like me. Leroy Hamp is a great guy along with the other metal heads in the band. Such witness is needed in the metal scene. Thank God for bands like War Of Ages, Sleep Giant, Becoming The Archetype and the mighty Living Sacrifice. |

Living Sacrifice? If you don't think their Christians then you need help. Romans 12:1 is their verse which makes their name. Just because they may not sing about the church doesn't mean anything. Many people can write better lyrics than the same "Oh Lord bless us" stuff. |

this song is about having Christ inside you. If you read the book of John. The preacher John the Baptist says "I baptize you with water, but one will come after me that will baptize you with fire." Being conceived in fire to have this life inside that is symbiotic with us. We live off the life of Christ and it lives through us. Kind of an awesome song with a great meaning of Christianity. The cover is what explains it.
What I think is the best about this song is that only a Christian can understand this song. |

If NJ went back to the rough and chaotic sound they had in the beginning then they would be better. I don't like it when bands mellow out. It's like the spirit of wussy came upon them or something. Thats why Living Sacrifice were the best. They just got heavier and heavier. |

I loved the first demon hunter cd but whenever any bands second one comes out I tend to be weary cause some bands wuss out or just go crappy after their first push. But the first time I heard Not Ready To Die in my car after purchasing the CD, I flipped out and thanked God for once more giving me a band that don't suck. Now DH will only stand the test of time if they keep the aggression up and not sway from the style. Like Emboyment did with their stuff |

i agree that this song is not doing and believing what the world offers. Staying clear as Christians from the things that God doesn't want us to be. So we stand to the temptation and say "Not I" this is actually my favorite song on the CD, but not my favorite one. Summer of Darkness is my fav. |
