while you guys both have valid interpretations, there are alot of motifs pointing to children. this song is about the doctors that perform abortions. this is a pro life song. talking about the doctors making a living off of killing unborn cildren. that perfectly explains why he says "when you look into the eyes of your children i hope you see the millions you have murdered"
