no no, i commented a while ago and corrected the lyric "she got caught by the FOUR on the floor, IT picked her up and she'll never get let down" the four on the floor is referring to the rhythm pattern where the percussive bass takes place on every downbeat. which is how they played this song. that is a very meaningful lyric that got misinterpreted. anyway, this song is not about drugs, it's just about being there for someone in the end. it's just a simple song! |
