this song just fully hit me. . .i live with my grandparents. . .i have most of life. when i was little they treated me like i was their own kid. now that im older its all fallen apart. my grades arnt good in school so to them that means everything else i do is a disappointment. they yell at me all the time and constantly treat me like im letting them down. this song just got me through a big fight with them. i know theyll always love me. . . it's just hard because they can't accept that i'm not a bad kid. they think because i'm failing math and science that i'll spiral into drugs and alcohol and other stuff but that's not me at all. . .this song is just keeping me calm |

I know it's odd but it fits perfectly this song reminds of the whole period where other girls noticed me and she tried to tell me they were fake and I just pushed here away but now I realize she was right.

This song actually reminds me of both my parents. My dad left before I was born and was never around much. My mom didn't want a son, especially one that reminded her of her ex husband, so she never treated me to well. When I was in 2nd she left me with my grandparents and I haven't seen her in almost 8 years. I was fine for awhile but lately I've resented her more and more. |
