It's elevating us, bowing and shaping us.
It's elevating us, it's resonating.

Caught in headlights I'm all right, coming over to your side.

It's elevating us, bowing and shaping us.
It's elevating us, it's resonating.

No more blindfolds, open eyes.
Shaking the frequency.
Stand by soldiers, run by night.
Shaping the frequency.

It's elevating us, bowing and shaping us.
It's elevating us, it's resonating.
It's resonating.

Caught in headlights, I won't do it.
Caught in headlights, I won't lose it.
I wont do it, i won't lose it.

Breath shaking the frequency, Breath shaping the frequency.
It's elevating us, bowing and shaping us.

It's elevating us, it's resonating. Resonating!

My InterpretationI would say the song is about shaping public opinion, changing the, say, radio frequency until their message is finally 'resonating' more and more in the populace. To achieve this they have to be 'stand-by soldiers who run by night', get 'caught in (the police's or security's) headlights', always swaying back and forth in their mind between wanting to give in to the state's seemingly overwhelming oppressive power, and their urge to resist, to create real freedom, and thus 'not losing it'.

General CommentTo me it sounds like the huge sound the are making is resonating through them. I wounder if the lyrics "Caught in headlights, I won't do it. Caught in headlights, I won't lose it. I wont do it, i won't lose it." refer to the lights on stage shining on them and the crowd watching, yet they will hold it together and continue to make the amazing sound.
